This stream is now created using Flash, not Windows media as it has been previously. This service is provided for Amateurs by the BATC is free and offers almost no delay. The format also allows many viewers to watch without reducing bandwidth. There are many other repeaters and other video material available on the BATC site including a "live chat room" for each repeater.
